Jump Cut Editors recently collaborated once again with production company The Workhouse Picture Company to oversee editing on a major series of films supporting the global box-office hit Wicked Part One & Two.
Leading the edit from Jump Cut was Agathe Barbier (Aggie). Over several months, she edited a wide slate of high-end films created for digital platforms. Her work spanned behind-the-scenes, branded, creative and social content, bringing audiences closer to the scale and craftsmanship of the production.
Going Behind the Scenes: The Wizardry Behind the Edit
Aggie cut numerous films exploring key elements of the movie, including the edit, choreography, set design, and more. The content features extensive behind-the-scenes coverage with stars Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, and director Jon M. Chu, offering an inside look at the creative process behind the film.
We are incredibly proud to have partnered with The Workhouse Picture Company on such an ambitious and creatively rewarding campaign. Working alongside a hugely talented team, Jump Cut Editors helped craft world-class content for a digital-first audience, elevating promotional content into cinematic experiences in their own right.
The campaign was recognised at the ICG Publicist Awards, winning the Maxwell Weinberg Award for Best Motion Picture Publicity Campaign.
