Unprecedented behind-the-scenes access
One of the most impressive aspects of the show is the relationships built between the contributors and the crew. Series Editor Emma Jay had an extraordinary ability to build trust with the interviewees, which allowed them to be honest and open about their experiences.
Nick Hoedeman, the Director, also played a key role in establishing these relationships, giving the crew a rare opportunity to reveal the struggles and triumphs of the contributors over a long period.
Committed to using the latest technologies to streamline the editing process, Producer Ben Finney and editor Zoe Davis used Sonix.ai, a powerful AI platform that created automated translations and transcriptions in over 30 languages. This saved them valuable time in the edit and allowed them to focus on the creative aspects of storytelling.
All in all, ‘Max Verstappen: Anatomy of a Champion’ is a fascinating, insightful series that offers a unique look at the life of one of the world’s most talented young athletes. But, it’s also a testament to the hard work and dedication of the crew that brought this show to life and we are incredibly proud of the end result.
