Jump Cut Editors are pleased to share news of its latest project, The Essex Murders: Who Killed Goldfinger? for Sky, produced by Expectation TV.
Following The Essex Murders, one of Sky Documentaries’ highest-rated Originals, the private investigations firm TMEYE returns in Who Killed Goldfinger?, reopening the unsolved murder of notorious criminal John “Goldfinger” Palmer.
Palmer was found dead at his Essex home in June 2015. What was first considered a natural death was later revealed to be a murder by gunshot — a case that remains unsolved to this day, with police confirming it is being treated as a professional hit.
As the 10th anniversary of his death approaches, the true crime docuseries re-examines Palmer’s life and legacy — from his involvement in the 1983 Brink’s-Mat robbery to his eventual imprisonment — alongside a present-day international investigation.
Andrea Cuadrado was responsible for crafting the season finale, featuring archive material and exclusive testimony from those closest to him.
